房屋地理位置好，距离帕丁顿火车站、海德公园不远，五分钟步行可达。周边有超市，当地地道饭馆，生活便利。房屋所处位置比较安静，安全性也很高。房屋内生活设施一应俱全，可以像当地人一样生活。

كل شي مثالي ، المكان اجمل مما تخيلته . التواصل سريع جدا ! وجميع طلباتي مجابه فورا بشكل مذهل. الديكور اعجبني جدا و المطبخ متكامل لا ينقصه شي. المنطقه راقيه وامنه جدا وقريبه من حديقة الهايد بارك. بالتأكيد سأكرر التجربة فقد كنت سعيدة و راضيه جدا بها، شكرا جزيلا.

There were many problems with this flat which were not dealt with by the agents Veeve. They do not seem to know what they are doing and the senior Alice, in my experience does not do what she says she is going to do. I confirmed check-in of 3.pm 3 times - literally 20 minutes before check- in Veeve wrote to say we could not check in until 5pm..... I found Veeve to be incincere in their dealings with me, not sorting out problems, not replying to e-mails, leaving it to the last moment to reply just before the office was closing and knowing we moving out the next day. Offering compensation and then not paying it... Before renting the flat I asked if it had good wi-fi - Veeve confirmed it did - the wi-fi in the bedroom was almost non existant. The bedroom had alot of unslightly damp on the ceiling & walls which we were not told about before moving in. The bed is old and uncomfortable, the mattress collapses as you sit or lie on it. The shower is so badly designed, there is not enough space and the the choice is to get soaked with cold water or keep the door open as the water heats up and flood the floor. When using the oven steam comes out making the glass door and handle really hot - Veeve suggested maybe the oven door had been left open ......the TV hissed , the iron broke......I could go on and on. Whilst I do not expect things to be perfect this flat fell far short of what can reasonably be expected when renting a flat. On reading the last review, which was pretty bad, my insticts were not to rent this flat but I was assured by Veeve that all the issues had been sorted out otherwise they would not be renting the flat. This was not the case.

This was one of the most disappointing Airbnb apartments I have stayed at. The flat itself is located in a very convenient location in between Lancaster Gate station and Paddington station. It is a spacious flat with high ceiling. The flat however is smelly, dusty, run down and not well-maintained. It is also ant-infected. The worst thing is we were asked to move out of the flat and find an alternative accommodation within hours when it was found out that the flat caused a water leakage at the downstairs neighbour's flat with no satisfactory alternative accommodation provided by the host. The host used an agent Veeve who was not responsive, unhelpful and did not provide any urgent assistance when we needed it. Their claim that they are contactable during emergencies is simply not true. We were provided with full refund but it was such a terrible experience. Avoid this accommodation and any accommodation managed by Veeve.
