Valerie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly. Made us feel at home from the start. The small cottage in their garden is wonderful and the views from your own little garden are amazing. They provided us with a sun shade and cushions for the seating area, a pint of milk, tea, coffee and even some home grown pears! They also gave us some butter as we told them we'd had to throw ours away. Everything is as described in the listing.This is the best Airbnb we've stayed in.

Val and Joe are perfect hosts - very friendly with perfect local knowledge and recommendations. The garden room has everything you need for a stay - and the view is probably one of the best you will get. Uninterrupted view of the sea. Very quiet and peaceful room. Comfy bed too. Thank you both - keep doing what you are doing! What a gem of a place to have found.

The Garden Room is such a lovely relaxing place to stay. Light and well equipped. Valerie was so welcoming and made sure we were happy with everything. We know the area and have been to Beesands before and we are so glad we chose The Garden room in the grounds of Valerie's beautiful bungalow and garden. Would highly recommend a stay here.

A very comfortable stay with Val & Joe, this is my 2nd stay with them and they are always warm and hospitable. I had a lovely relaxing few days in their Garden Room.
