Beautifully updated 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath town home with private roof top terrace and gas grill. Secure complex located on quiet street, 2 blocks to ocean and 5 blocks to downtown. Coco's best ocean view pool, huge pool deck, rancho, bar area, pool area internet, fridge, sink and bathrooms located at the top of the complex. Fully air conditioned plus multiple ceiling fans for your comfort. Custom wood cabinetry and granite throughout, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. The hardwood bar is a perfect place to entertain guests while you cook and this fully equipped kitchen or if you prefer you can cook outside on the roof top with stocked kitchen area, hot plate and propane BBQ. For your convenience the kitchen is stocked with a starter kit of coffee, filters, tea, sugar, sweetener, salt, pepper, spices, olive oil, some condiments, foil, saran wrap, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies, insect spray. Bedrooms have quality queen size beds (new mattress covers, pillow covers, linens - 1000 TC cotton sheets, pillows) and large capacity closets with hangers and laundry bags. Private laundry and starter kit of laundry soap, dryer sheets and mesh laundry bags for your delicates and clothes line for wet beach towels and swimsuits. Beach chairs, mats, coolers, and beach towels are also included. IPTV with 9000 live channels and 50 meg high speed wireless internet, 43" flat screen TV with a Firestick streaming device. A safe is also available for your valuables. Bathrooms have liquid hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Property was as advertised and photos were accurate. Location is near coffee, restaurants and market. Host very informative and helpful. Kitchen fully equipped and good linens. Murphy bed surprising comfortable. Reliable internet however streaming on TV often buffered but who needs to watch TV in paradise? While I felt safe I did have to unlock 3 gates/doors to get into unit which was a bit annoying. Getting to pool is a work out but wow the views are amazing!
Great location a bit outside of the downtown but close enough to walk, couple of blocks to the beach. The condo is very well equipped and the wifi was strong enough to work remotely. Highly recommend!
Mary Ann’s place was a great place for us and our friends to stay for a week in playas del coco. It was exactly as described in the listing and we really feel that we lucked out with this place. Easily walkable to the pool, beach, good restaurants and groceries. Mary Ann and Pierre provided an excellent house manual that explained everything we needed to know and were very quick to respond for a minor repair. Thank you so much, we will be back!
Enjoyed my stay
Mary-Ann met us to check us in and showed us where things were in the townhouse which was very helpful. We enjoyed the upper deck area and the pool area which has a great view. We were walking distance to the beach and town where we went frequently to the grocery store and walking around shops. The coffee shop, Guayoyo around the corner was fantastic. We would highly recommend Sal y fuego for a steak dinner—walking distance from the townhouse! Overall, we had a great stay here and would visit again! We really enjoyed the amenities available!

For nature lovers and thrill seekers, there are many excursions and attractions within a short drive from Coco: Cortez Falls; Rincon de la Vieja Volcano hiking trails and nearby hot springs; new Adventure Park featuring numerous activities; Palo Verde River boat tours; River float / fishing trips; Mountain Biking/rentals, river tubing, butterfly farm tour, bird watching, fishing (deep sea, inshore and shore).
If you can imagine it, it is likely an option within a short distance from Playas Del Coco, Costa Rica.
No rental car needed. You can walk to the beach and to downtown where you can find bars, restaurants, stores, groceries, etc... within a few minutes (5 minutes or less to beach and less the 8 minutes to main street in town).
We can also provide airport transportation, let us know your itinerary and will quote you a price. Tour companies are available and can take you to all places mentioned above in the overview.
