Our house, without direct neighbors, is quietly situated on a 1.5 hectare estate with a large garden with flowers, vineyards and a grove. Nevertheless, with the necessary shops nearby to supply whenever necessary. With yet impressive panoramic views of the Pyrenees and the beautiful Gers countryside. Provides all the comfort for a perfect stay in the countryside in the heart of Gascony, located on a hill between Marciac and Plaisance, in the beautiful region of Occitanie, land of gourmets. The tasting of foie gras, confit, magret, as well as the tasting of the Floc de Gascogne, Armagnac and the great wines of Madiran and Saint Mont, is a must! Close to historical sites, such as the 'Circuit des Bastides' and 'Chemins de Compostela' and Lourdes. Near nature parcs areas such as the Pyrenees, ideal for walking and at the heart of a culturally active region, where annual musical events are organized.
