Cosy and unique villa for relaxing vacations. 5 min walk to private beach. Wonderful beach house is included in your stay. Perfect for a barbecue while watching the sunset. Sand beach for kids and pebble beach for adults. The villa has a big porch with roof for long and lazy breakfasts & dinners. Big garden. 4 min drive to supermarket, gym & pizza. 5 min drive to the harbour with a great restaurant PIR. Gothenburg 20 min. Last house on the road, no cars. Kullavik is a peaceful, and safe area. This is a house designed for socializing and to relax. It was built in 1910 and totally renovated in 2010. You have a separate dining room with table and chairs for 10 people, and also a sofa for nap after dinner. The kitchen has a fireplace, sofa and a small table for aperetivo while cooking. Living room with TV, a large and comfortable sofa, and a lounge chair in front of the other fireplace. All the bedrooms are upstairs. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. The back porch has 3 sunbeds, totally private space, and the front porch has a hanging chair for book reading, a hammock to relax in after beach and a big table with chairs for dinners and games.

Veldig fint hus, og Cecilia var en veldig vennlig og hjelpsom vertinne. Kullavik var et koselig sted, med kort beliggenhet til mange morsomme aktiviteter for barn.

Nice house in a beautiful location with great garden; close to the sea, Kungsbacka and Gothenburg. Cecilia was very helpful and flexible with check in/out times. The house is clean and comfortable, would recommend it and we would love to stay again.
Wir( 2 Erw., 2 Kinder) verbrachten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Kullavik im Haus von Cecilia. Die An- und Abreise waren unkompliziert, das Haus sehr sauber. Für uns 4 war das Haus perfekt, wir haben es geliebt jeden Morgen auf der Terasse zu frühstücken, der Strand ist in der Nähe. Toll war auch das Badehaus, so haben wir schöne Grillabende inkl. Sonnenuntergang dort verlebt. Ebenso ist Göteborg sehr nah und die Schärenlandschaft einfach fantastisch. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Ich war sofort hingerissen von diesem wunderschönen Haus. Cecilia hat es liebevoll, komfortabel und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub haben möchte - plus eigenem Strandhäuschen am nahen Strand und überdachter Veranda mit Hängematte... Im Ort gibt es einen guten Supermarkt und Göteborg für Shopping, Kultur und toller Gastronomie ist in 25 Minuten erreichbar. Insgesamt sehr schön alles und absolut empfehlenswert.

Kullavik is a very peaceful and safe neighbourhood. My house is the last one on the road. Infront of the house is a meddow, the home for a bunch of sheeps.
You have a large garden with apple, plum and cherry trees. Perfect lawn for games.
Kullsvik is your bay, which is a private beach, great for swimming, sunbathing and fishing. If you want to celebrate summer and vacation its just a 15 min walk to the harbour. Here, you can take a stroll along the dock while watching sailboats and get an icecream. Here you find the restaurant PIR, where all the locals gather to watch the sunset and get a glas of wine or a beer.
Car: Private parking is available at the house. 20 min drive in to Göteborg.
Bus: 7 min walk to the bus station Kullaviks hamn, takes 30 minutes to reach the Central station in Gothenburg. Use the app ”To go” to buy your ticket, here you also find the time schedule for buses.
Walk: 15 min to Kullavik harbour. This is the meeting spot for people in Kullavik. Go for a swim at the pier, have an ice cream and a coffee or sit down at one of the most beautiful spots ever, the PIR Restaurant. I recommend the fish soup and a glass of wine while watching the sunset.
