This pied-à-terre is PERFECT. It is well curated and thoughtfully designed (hooks everywhere, good coffee machine, blinds throughout - even the skylights, lots of lighting options for your moods). It is quiet and clean. Even with Chat there, it is impeccably clean. It is literally next to everything. Close to three different Metro lines, its easy to move through the city. The bakery around the corner makes amazing croissants - closed on Wednesdays! So many great places for a drink, a coffee or a meal. Chat is lovely. If you take the time to learn how she likes to receive attention, she will return your patience with all the love. Josselin and Alexandre are great, responsive and flexible. I really loved this spot. It's too good to pass over. If it's available, book it!

Absolutely loved Joselin’s place, we stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed the place. The location is in walking distance from great areas like the Maris which we love, great bakery’s and restraints near by, bus still not crowded with tourists. The apt it self was wonderful, you can see how much they care about it and thought of every little detail, and the design is so nice and welcoming. Last but not least is the lovely cat, was a great addition to us. Loved having her around. Thank you Joseline for the wonderful stay. Will definitely recommend my friends 🫶

Amazing little apartment in an ideal location. The design of the apartment is really impressive - the lighting design alone is a feat! We had everything we needed for a long weekend in Paris, and the location was excellent - walkable to La Marais and right near a Metro station. Hosts were very good at communicating and even let us have a late check out so we didn't have to lug our suitcase around. Thank you and we'll stay again for sure!

I just spent a week at Josselin's Airbnb in Paris for my anniversary trip with my husband, and I can't express how much we loved our stay! Josselin's hospitality and attention to detail made our trip unforgettable. Here are some highlights: - The apartment was spotless, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. - The thoughtful design, complete with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds, made our stay enjoyable. - Chat, the friendly and sweet cat, added a touch of warmth and companionship to our trip. We adored interacting with her and appreciated her presence. - The apartment is located near metro stations, bakeries, supermarkets, and delicious restaurants. - Josselin's assistance when we had an issue (unrelated to the apartment) went above and beyond, truly making a difference for us.
