The location and the condo we’re great. The condo is old, but spacious and clean. Well worth the money I paid. The only thing that wasn’t great was the fact that there were only two umbrellas for shade around the pool . Made it impossible to spend much time around the pool because people would get up early and save the tables. Which were right next to the sign that said towels don’t save tables. In any case, all in all, I highly recommend this place.!
Tim’s place is great, clean, right on the beach with amazing views. We came last week of August beginning of September and ended up with hurricane coming and had to be mandatory evacuated. Our vacation lasted 2 days, sadly. I have no problem with Tim or his place, everything is just as described in his ad, but Airbnb didn’t handle it very well and we are having to fight for every dollar. Tim refunded us the money for the nights we didn’t stay, but Airbnb wants to charge us full price for survive fee and taxes.
Absolutely beautiful place!!! Stunning view and wonderful condo. Would recommend this to EVERYONE. The perfect vacation :)
Great place right on the beach. Near everything. The elevator when working was slow until it was fixed but thats on the building maintenance and understandable. The unit was great plenty of space and clean. I will definitely use them again.
We had a great time. We have stayed on that beach at least 6 times. Condo was great. The only thing is that there is only one elevator for the entire complex. Also there are 4 washers and dryers on the 4th floor and 2 on the 7th floor. People would frequently leave their clothes in there for hours and you had to keep checking if something was empty. Location was great.

Our property is located at John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk in Madeira Beach. Home to over 100 shops, restaurants, galleries and nightclubs, the Village has become a destination for many visiting our area. John's Pass also features commercial and charter fishing as well as sightseeing cruises, boat & jet-ski rentals and parasailing. It’s one of the few places where you can shop til ya’ drop while spotting dolphins & even manatees cruising in the calm waters. Plus, family friendly activities that are actually kid approved are all around! Rent a huge Waverunner that seats almost the whole family, take the kids to a pirate show at the Pirate Ship or enjoy delicious seafood with family friendly prices at one of the local eateries! So much to do at John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk!
Lots to walk to but if you have a car that will expand your horizons. Rental Cars are available at the office and Local Trolley stops are only steps away, to take you all up and down the Gulf Beaches. Also located on the regular scheduled Pinellas County Bus line.
