My family and I could not have been happier at the Tides Cottage! Being there for 2 months in between houses, Dan was incredibly generous and responsive throughout our stay there. It truly felt like home and we'd rent it again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!

This stay was so amazing for my family. its a perfect beach location and the beach is AMAZING here. The home is perfect for a getaway and had all the ameneties we needed. it was easy check in and check out. Clean, comfortable and peaceful. I highly recommend!

Nous avons vécu un merveilleux séjour en famille! La maison était très propre et il y avait toutes les commodités nécessaires pour se cuisiner des petits plats. C'est un endroit magnifique à deux pas de la plage! Dan a été très réactif et ses instructions étaient claires. C'est un endroit vraiment calme et les gens du quartier sont accueillants et gentils!

We had a wonderful week with our four year old son here — the house is very clean, the location is fantastic (beautiful neighborhood and the beach is right down the road), and Dan was very responsive and helpful when we needed him. Very handy to have a washer and dryer in the basement, and it is a full kitchen and fridge for all your cooking needs. The sunroom is especially great for relaxing and watching the sun (or the moon) come up. Rye is a great town, and an excellent spot to explore NH from. We really enjoyed ourselves!

This was our second stay here in the off-season. Very clean, very quiet, easy ride to great dining and outdoor activities. We'll be back.
