The apartment was great for my family of three. It's tight for American standards, and typical for European standards. The furnishings were good for the prices. The building was quiet. We rarely heard neighbors. The multiple balconies were a plus for added space and enjoying peaceful mornings. The location was a 5-6 minute walk to almost everything: Mer de Glace train, the buses to ski areas, restaurants, grocery stores, bus stations, Aiguille du Midi, etc. Though a good walk - we could even walk to the Brevant Ski gondola with all our ski gear. I thought it was a great value for a 2-bedroom and 2-bath apartment for a week. It has a separate storage area for skis in the basement. Very helpful for maximizing space.

Very practical location right behind the Montenvers train station. Cimalpes staff is great and very flexible.

Great flat, a little too cosy perhaps but you get used to it. Can’t fault it overall.
