I giorni sono davvero volati , ho prenotato 20 giorni e mi sono subito sentita come a casa mia , L host super gentile si è sempre preoccupata che avessi tutto e pure la ciambella fresca ho trovato che non è mai mancata in tutti i miei giorni di soggiorno , la magia del posto e’ che sei fuori dal mondo immersa nella natura , ma in 5 minuti sei già in Saragozza che è uno dei quartieri più belli di bologna e molto servito ! Che dire spero di tornarci !!!

Mein Partner, ich und unsere 2 Hunde waren 2 Nächte in Alessias Apartman. Die Lage ist perfekt wenn man dem Lärm & Stress der Stadt entfliehen möchte und doch in 15 min. mit dem Auto Bologna erreichen will. Unsere Hunde haben die morgendlichen Spaziergänge und spielen mit den Alessias Lieblingen in dem riesigen Garten genossen. Das Wetter war leider nicht so schön bei unserer Ankunft ( es hat geregnet ) und das Apartment war kalt . Zum Glück hat die Gastgeberin schnell reagiert und alles unternommen um das Problem zu lösen. Wir werden mit Freude wiederkommen 🙏🏼

Allysia (spelling?) was wonderful, really baled us out when we discovered our rental car had a flat tire, pumped it up for us and led us to a repair shop that fixed if for EU20. Pool is wonderful, internet is fine (despite some other reviews), breakfast cake delicious, responsive to all our little queries. The only downside people should be aware of is that finding it the first time is tricky and the road to get there is single track but two-way -- alarming the first couple of times you drive it but you soon get used to it and we never had a problem. Also most tourists (including us) almost never get to see the south side of Bologna, and although parking can be a problem access to that side of the city (the Saragozza district) from the house is easy and well worth it. (There's a bus to the city a couple of kilometers walk down the hill.) Visiting nearby San Luca is a must. Our special find -- the bucolic little outdoor restaurant near the summit of the Parco di Villa Ghigi.

Beautiful accomodation on a very calm location with a nice view and a nice pool. The host was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.
