I was looking for a private home base for a week stay. This cottage was perfect. Easy to get in, off street parking, secure and spacious. The house was so clean. The bedroom was super quiet. The living room had a very comfy recliner that I relaxed in every day. The kitchen was well appointed, and I appreciated the snacks and chocolates. There was even laundry in the basement that I did not need. Communication with Todd and Rachel was prompt and warm, and I felt safe knowing they were right next door in case I needed anything. My only regret is I didn't get to meet them. I would highly recommend this rental and will not hesitate to seek it out if I am in Rochester again.

Cozy little house works perfectly. Easy walk to downtown Mayo. Lovely spot. We’ll keep coming back for sure!

Todd & Rachel’s place was great. Exactly what we needed for our stay in the area. They provided clear instructions along with a folder that explains the property. The place was nice & cozy. Most importantly, the place was very clean! Thank you so much! I will book this place again if I’m in the area.
