For check-in you have to go to another hotel, hallways were dirty and there was some construction going on. Room was clean and spacious though. Nice location.

Reception is at the resort not in The building.. Location is great but there is no one at building to guide you and tell you about near about. Host is not much responsive to revert you on msgs. We are super host and doing Airbnb for long time but we always find a place to interact with host and get local recommendations. But disappointed in this property. Budget wise, cleanliness wise, location wise it’s good.

Perfect location, only 200m from the beach, and in front a 7Eleven, massage shop, many restaurants and shops. The room is much bigger than on photos. Wifi works well, there’s cleaning everyday, we can use all facilities from Tipa Resort, such as gym and infinity swimming pool. But, the host never replied our messages. Luckily someone previously commented about checkin on Tipa Resort and it was easy at least. Everything we needed, we ask at the reception of the resort.
