The property was beautiful. However, the house was not clean. Stains in the carpet, dog hair under the kitchen table, dead spiders and dust in the window sills, and under the bed looked like years of dust, pet hair and crumbs of food. There was also a bat in the house flying around our heads while we were in bed, with nobody to contact until the morning. The bat was removed within 24 hours.

Kind of a perfect stay that we expect for a trip with friends!!

Beautiful cabin, perfect location. The town of Gwinn was charming. We loved the piano, acoustic guitar and playing the turn table. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook and serve. The only negative thing was the quality of the beds. They ranged from very worn to unusable.
