Enrico was a fantastic host. He communicated well and in a timely way. His instructions we're thorough and helpful about parking, check-in, and restaurant recommendations. The location was perfect for everything- sightseeing, restaurants and bars, and shops. The apartment had great character, with all the amenities. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Enrico's and in Spoleto. We highly recommend both.

This lovely place is in the perfect location with beautiful views. Although right next to all the excitement in Spoleto, it’s very quiet. The apartment is very large, modern, has a full size tub/shower, and a very large kitchen. Would 10/10 stay again.

Enrico’s place is fantastic. We have family in Spoleto so know the area well. This apartment is right near the Mercato and 5 mins walk up to the castle so it’s ideal. The apartment is beautifully furnished and the view from the terrace is fantastic. If you are using the mezzanine level as a bedroom there is a curtain to pull across to make it private. It’s also a very spacious apartment. Enrico was very communicative and came to the apartment within the hour when the boiler was making a strange noise and fixed it straight away. Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious and comfortable apartment. Having morning coffee on the upstairs patio was refreshing before the heat of the day. Being so close to Piazza del Mercato shops, cafes and restaurants was really nice.
