We had a lovely stay at Niovi's spacious apartment. The location is amazing. Close to the beach and far enough from the busy boulevard not to be bothered by the noise there. Parking in the street was - despite the high season - easy and the supermarket is just around the corner. The apartment is nice and cool and spacious. Great kitchen, living room and bedroom. There is a balcony but that's relatively narrow at places so great to drink your morning coffee on but less convenient if you want to eat outside. Having said that the dining room table is very spacious and if you want to eat outside there are plenty of options on the boulevard of Loutraki.

My family and I stayed 3 nights. Niovi made check-in easy even though we did not meet her. Pros: clean place with good AC, large kitchen and seating area. Its very easy to walk to the beach, the main road, and restaurants etc! Just what we were looking for. Some areas to improve: the shower needs a curtain so water doesn’t spray, and the sofa bed is comfortable for 1 adult, not really 2. I would have liked some softer towels. However we enjoyed our stay and had fun doing trips around the area. Thank you!

Well-equipped large apartment. Very comfortable for living with children. There is no washing machine. The apartment occupies the entire second floor, two storey house, which is very rare to be found in Loutraki. Separate entrance from the street.
