The description said that this place sleeps 4. There is no “real bed” - there are two Murphy beds that fold out if the wall in one room. The photos also make it look like it’s on the beach - it is across the street in a small condo complex. Karen was a great communicator, but this was not what we thought we were paying for. The rates were high because of the Players event, but we thought we were getting something on the beach.

The unit is right across the parking lot to the beach. Beautiful private beach club with ramps and showers. Lovely beach for shell and shark tooth hunting. The unit is small but well appointed for our needs. We didn’t cook because of all the terrific restaurants, from take out to five star, in the area. We are older so having a ground level unit was a bonus. Very clean with big fluffy towels and nice beach towels. Shampoo, conditioner, sun block and hair dryer were provided. Karen had left us a beautiful charcuterie box that we took to the beach for lunch. Loved everything about this place. Can’t wait to come back!! Nice big TV, as well!

The place was a perfect get away for my husband and I. Close walk to the beach and a nicely appointed and clean place to come home to. Ponte Vedra is beautiful and the beach is great.
