I stayed with my 2 kids, and it was such a great little cottage to stay in, it has seaside coastal charm with updated amenities. Great WiFi, TV, heat and air conditioning. Kelly was gracious and very accommodating.
Great place to stay, very close to town without major distruption of peace. Loved the cottage, fits perfectly for 2. 3 or 4 may be a little small depending on the guest size. l Loved it here
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Kelly’s place until the end. We have been accused of burning holes in her house and taking items. We are also being accused of having more people in the home than what was listed. I find it absolutely ridiculous that the host, Kelly, would think someone took a “hidden stick from behind the washer” and burn “9-12” holes in their home. Let alone several. It’s absolutely nonsense. We took nothing from the home, and we even left toilet paper and air fresheners behind. The trash can that was at our disposal was already full when we got to the airbnb on the 3rd of April. According to Kelly, she had to “take two car loads of trash” away from the home. It saddens me that we are accused of damaging such a cute little cottage. It also saddens me that we took the extra steps to clean and replace toiletry items for the host and she still had the audacity to tell us “items are not appreciated”. I have all messages if anyone wants to know more.
I needed to get away from home to catch up on some writing and work projects, and this place was perfect for that. I didn't want to leave when my time was done. The decor was cute and homey. Everything was provided that I needed in the kitchen and bathroom. There were helpful notes about where to find things that reminded me of my mom and made me smile. The heater/AC was easy to operate which was nice because the temps really fluctuated while I was there. It's right off a highway, tucked back a bit from the road, and I'm not used to road noise, so I was grateful for the sound machine by the bed + the ample plugins for my devices. I'm planning to return for my next getaway. I truly love this area and have stayed in many places in this town. This was a great deal and gave me a lovely respite.
