My family and I had a wonderful time at Rosario's house. The house is incredibly well equipped and cosy - especially with the fire going. The views in the morning are spectacular, with mountains on the horizon, and the charming small town of Gessopalena sitting on top of the hill. Definitely take the time to explore Gessopalena, particularly the ruins of the medieval part of town. It's super impressive! And the views from up there are breathtaking. Rosario and his wife are wonderful hosts, and made sure we had everything we needed. We would love to stay there again, and highly recommend it to anyone!

È stato tutto come volevamo , luogo silenzioso fresco , si sentiva solo il rumore delle foglie , Rosario è stato impeccabile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta , tramite Whats App ci ha dato tanti consigli che sono stati perfetti per noi . Posto auto nella proprietà, giardino curato con luci che fanno atmosfera , vista meravigliosa su Gessopalena Vecchia , i prodotti tipici della zona sono magnifici , bellissima l'opera D'arte dell'artista internazionale Greco dal quale si vede un leone se lo si guarda subito dopo l'area pic-nic che troverete sulla strada verso Torricella. Due bagni comodissimi . Ottimo Wi-Fi . A 1 ora e 10 minuti dalle spiagge del Molise e a 2 ore e 50 da Pompei . Tutto perfetto. Grazie ! Alla prossima.

Beautiful area, local village just up the road with friendly people and great coffee. wild flowers everywhere and lots of history including a lime stone quarry with natural forms of crystal in the rock . The house it's self was perfect for our family. We cook a lot and the kitchen was filled with all the appliances we need plus herbs and fruit. The house is spacious and clean with extra bedding which came in handy. Very nice smell from the fire, cosy feeling for relaxing. There is local walks near by with sweet dogs. Great price for what you get. The host was very polite and warm. We didn't have towels so he gave us some to use for free. Also didn't make us pay breakage deposit which we found especially generous. lovely place and host. Also worth saying the mountains are breathtaking! amazing views.

Ci è piaciuta la posizione dell'appartamento, isolata, silenziosa e circondata da un paesaggio molto bello. I servizi a disposizione erano completi. Unico appunto è la necessità di percorrere una strada abbastanza ripida per arrivarci ma la si fa tranquillamente con la dovuta attenzione. Gessopalena, soprattutto il borgo nel punto più alto, è molto carina e da questo paese si possono raggiungere diverse attrazioni e zone da visitare molto interessanti. Grazie all'host per l'accoglienza e la disponibilità!

Lovely, comfortable, well equipped house in a fantastic setting. Nice and private yet near a small town for supplies and with easy access to places to visit. The host was really helpful and approachable. Would thoroughly recommend as a great base to explore this part of Abruzzo.
