Posto bellissimo, vista incredibile. Uniche pecche: Wi-Fi poco funzionante per la linea, mancanza di scuri che fanno entrare la luce dalle 5 del mattino e mancanza di aria condizionata
Ho soggiornato una settimana con la mia famiglia. La villa è splendida, panorama mozzafiato e piena di tutte le comodità. Mi sento di dare alcuni consigli al fine di perfezionare l’esperienza: la biancheria del letto era per la maggior parte in tessuto sintetico, consiglio di acquistarla nuova, bianca in cotone. Per una maggiore sicurezza sarebbero utili le inferiate alle finestre almeno delle camere da letto e rinforzare i cancelli laterali per gli animali selvatici oltre che rendere più sicure le porte d’accesso. Inoltre la posizione è meravigliosa ma problematica da raggiungere in quanto la strada è molto stretta, senza illuminazione, in salita e senza manutenzione comunale tra siepi, rovi e terreno sconnesso, insomma prende un po’ pensiero uscire e si cerca di ottimizzare il più possibile il recarsi al mare o in paese. Sarebbe stato utile segnalarlo nell’annuncio. Per il resto tutto perfetto, la ragazza che ci ha accompagnati fino alla casa è stata super disponibile e ci ha accolti benissimo, rendendosi a disposizione per qualsiasi evenienza o problema che non c’è assolutamente stato perché siamo stati davvero bene. Ultimo neo la wi-fi che forse a causa della posizione è un po’ difettosa ma in vacanza è anche bello staccare dalla tecnologia, non la suggerisco per chi vorrebbe lavorare in smartworking. A presto☺️
La casa è magnifica e ben attrezzata di tutto, soprattutto in cucina. È in mezzo al verde e lontano dal rumore di Porto Santo Stefano, perfetta per rilassarsi in vacanza. Peccato che non è stata altrettanta rilassata la comunicazione con il proprietario: videochiama e chiama senza preavviso da numeri sconosciuti più e più volte al giorno. Ci ha chiesto a fine soggiorno di pagare in più per il lavaggio della biancheria e non era sicuro di quante persone noi fossimo nonostante l'agenzia fosse perfettamente al corrente di tutto.
