The house is awesome! Perfect for a few families or a group of adult couples (bc of how many large beds there are). Kitchen is huge and made it easy to cook for our group. Great location. Awesome deck and lawn. Large spaces everywhere. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I all had a wonderful stay here!!! The house was perfect and had plenty of space for everyone. Simon was very helpful and replied to all of my questions very quickly which was really helpful. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you could want even a port-a-crib and a kids chair for the table. I definitely recommend this house!

The architecture of the house is stunning and Simon's hospitality matched it. My group enjoyed the common space and the convenience of features such as the large garage and the two dishwashers and two refrigerators. The location is near the heart of Incline Village. We would definitely return.

Simons place was amazing. Everything was very clean and spatious. The house had everything you needed. Simon also made every accommodation we requested. Definitely staying here again in the future.

Beautiful home in a great location. It is almost walking distance to the Diamond Peak ski resort. We really enjoyed the space and never felt like we were on top of each other. The separate living rooms allowed for private conversations and events. Very suitable for a business retreat. The technology of the house is over the top, the WiFi had great signal, the blue tooth stereo that broadcast throughout the house was great and the Smart TVs allowed for everyone to watch what they wanted. Simon was a great host and really cared about our needs before, during and after our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
