100% the most valuable airbnb I'm the greater Vancouver area. An 8 minute beautiful walk through a park to the sky train and major shopping mall. Jason was the perfect host too. His condo was very clean and modern. Highly recommended!

This is my second time at Jason's place. I highly recommend it. The trips commuting were excellent even if I often went as far as UBC. The Lafarge-Lake Douglas train station nearby is a new extension of one of the lines in Metro Vancouver's rapid transport system, and Coquitlam with its natural ambience is really nice to see. I'll never regret having spent two months of my life in Jason's place. Thank you Jason and company!

Both Jason and his house mate, Hermes, are very friendly people. They have lots of great stories to share and they are very approachable. Even though a few minutes of walking to the nearest skytrain station is required, it is definitely a quiet area to stay around.

The host is a nice guy, responsible and admirable father. There is a long-term, indefinitely-staying room mate next to the room who is likewise helpful, thoughtful, and willing to be communicated with. I felt safe in their company, and did not really have any real issues. The living room in the place also has tons of DVDs one could watch. There is a garden, too, you should ask to enter. There can also be in the kitchen, some available freebies. :) Don’t know about Coquitlam’s neighbourhood, but you’ll enjoy your stay in the apartment. Am sure of it! ;)
