Great house and relaxing decks/patios that we enjoyed with our young granddaughters. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. We had an enjoyable week in this house with fantastic Bay views.

We had a lovely time staying at this home. The location of Kensington is very convenient to Tilden park and offers great views of the Bay. It does get somewhat cold and often foggy in the summer months, but when the sun comes out it was very pleasant to sit on the deck above the bay and watch the hawks soar above us. The pizza oven made for some fun meals, and if you like board games they have a variety to choose from. It does have the feel of someone's home rather than a vacation rental, with a lot of personal items like family photos. We watered plants and took in mail, so it felt like house sitting, although we were there for a 5 week stay so it might be different for shorter stays. We had lots of wildlife sightings, like deer and a raccoon family, you really feel like you are away from the city here. Overall a great experience.
