Beautiful condo and furnishings. Loved the balcony and view. The beds were very comfortable. The service at the pool is outstanding, specifically Julian has outstanding service. The property is pristine. The view every night is breathless. The Bay View Grand Residential is one of my favorite places in the world. Thanks Craig for allowing us to stay at your wonderful space.

This is a great condo! Beautiful view! Very comfortable furnishings and well stocked. We had been stranded without a place to stay as our previous reservation fell through and Craig responded to our request within an hour and we had a room. Bay View Grand is an awesome property. One of our favorites in Ixtapa!

Craig listing is fabulous, The open concept and the panoramic view of the bay was jaw dropping. Waking up every morning to the view was wonderful. Craig makes you feel at home with all the extras: 50+ Inch tv's in every room, cable tv, netflix, charging stations everywhere, made it easy for everyone to keep their phones and tables fully charged for the next adventure. The location is perfect, since its on the beach, you can take a swim or long walks on the beach at any hour, never did i feel uncomfortable , the people were welcoming and courteous. The location is also walking distance to markets, restaurants, Bars. Ice cream shops and a movie theater, i mean literally across the street. I would definitely return to this listing in the future.
