Wir waren Ende Februar/März da. Wir schlißen uns den super guten Bewertungen an. Super schönen Aufenthalt. Wohnung, Kommunikation, Lage (Die Aussicht ist einfach wunderschön)………alles einfach perfekt. Farhang war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten keine 50 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. traumhaft !! . 100 % empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder !!!!!!!

What a beautiful settings. The view from the villa was amazing. Sunrises absolutely magical. It was hard to leave the balcony. Place matched description and nice and clean. Farhang is a gentleman and a great host. Ideal location with beach(s) right downstairs. Went in off season (consider myself lucky as magical without crowds). Enough nice restaurants still open as well as supermarket, all walking distance. Beautiful island that really needs more than a couple of days. Rent a car - parking easy and roads are immaculate. Great for seeing mountain regions as well.

The location is EVERYTHING! great view of the sea, beach and beautiful sunrises. Communication and support was wonderful. The apartment had everything you need and a bit more (beach umbrella, beach towels, washing machine). I stayed in winter so many places were shut, but just enough to get by. Easy bus route into Palma too. Would absolutely stay here again. A dream listing 😊 The place is essentially made up of two apartments, ‘happy’ and ‘dream’. I stayed in ‘happy’ and the only thing to note, (if this is important to you) is that the bedroom does not have a door, there is a bit of lace curtain to pull across. Would only be an issue if someone was watching tv in the living room…there would be no way to block the noise and light. If 3 of you were planning to stay it would be 2 in the main bed and 1 on the pull out sofa in the living space.

My wife and I went offseason...it was great! This place sits five floors up and has two sides facing the ocean! Of the 5 days we spend, there was only one day with high clouds and the other days were solid sun...just what you need in December in Europe! There were very few restaurants open, but that's OK...there are 3 grocery stores within walking distance (take your backpack)! There weren't very many 'shops' open but we did see a couple. There are also open pharmacies and doctors offices. We walked everywhere...to the next town which has a beautiful marina and a Christmas market and all around the Portonova area. We loved this location and almost zero tourists! (Dec 18-23). This was a perfect getaway and Farhang is the ultimate host!
