The apartment is quite close to the sea and the city, the only problem is the climb. But for someone accustomed to walking, climbing the narrow and romantic streets becomes a pleasure. The hosts are warm, friendly and very kind people. I highly recommend this place!

Magnificent place with cute familiar climate. It was my third time in Montenegro, but first time at Ksenija's home. (Mirko apartment). Third but the best. If you are going to Montenegro and you want to feel atmosphere of this country - this is good choice. Apartment was clean, comfortable, enough silent and equipped. Ulcinj and surroundings are very interesting, beside sandy and rocky beaches, interesting old town, you can find here Ulcinj Salina where you can watch , a lot of species of rarely and exotic birds for example flamingo and pelican. Mirko apartment is also birdwather friendly they can show you how to get to Ulcinj Salina. I was here only for few days but I want to return. First time I can recommend some place without any objection

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. La famille qui s'en occupe est très gentille. L'apartement est à l'écart du centre-ville mais nous nous y rendions à pieds (attention ça grimpe fort au retour) ainsi qu'aux plages de rocher. Il est aussi très appréciable d'avoir une place de parking spacieuse car les rues d'Ulcinj sont étroites :-) Bref c'était super!

Very nice and sweet apartment: many space and light. It has almost everything you need during your stay here. In the evening, you can sit and relax at the table near the garden. A small disadvantage is the lack of a washing machine. Very good option for Ulcinj: on the one hand the house is located only in 15 minutes walk from the old town, on the other hand it's located on a hill away from the hustle and bustle of the center of the city. The owners of the apartments are very friendly and hospitable people. And cherry on the cake in addition to other advantages - it has its own parking place.
