非常不错，房东友善。房间很安静，室友也非常好。遇到了问题房东也及时提供了帮助。

Amy & Ian are very nice hosts: welcoming, helpful, responding to all questions, and easy-to-talk-to. We had a good conversation with Ian. Their house is very spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped and toast and tea/instant coffee plus some honey is made available for the guests. The washing machine was a great remedy for us. My boy enjoyed the basket ball on the terrace. The place is a bit like a family-run small hotel with - as I understood it - 8 apartments rented out through airbnb or else. The advantage is: you can meet interesting people from around the world in the kitchen (so we did). The slight disadvantage is: bathrooms can be packed, occasionally. Our apartment was fine but a bit small for the three of us; yet, it did not matter as we were spending the days outdoor anyway. While Rossmoyne is not central, connection to the city center and to Freemantley by public transport is pretty good, via the bus link to Bull Creek. There are less buses in the evening & on weekends.

Amy's homestay gleicht eher einem Hostel als einem Airbnb. Es sind ca. 8 Zimmer vermietet und ein Wohnwagen vor der Tür. Entsprechend frequentiert sind die Küche und die drei Bäder. Bei so vielen Menschen sollten meiner Meinung nach die Toiletten und Duschen öfter gereinigt werden. Es herrscht eine freundliche, angenehme Atmosphäre und man fühlt sich willkommen. Für mich war die Lage gut. eine kurze Busfahrt zur Bahn und mit der Bahn in 30 Minuten zur Innenstadt. in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto in Fremantle. Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft von Amy und Ian empfehlen.

Very relaxing and welcoming stay at Amy and Ian’s. King size bed was very comfortable as was the private space. Enjoyed banter with the other guests and the location was very central, close to freeway and shops.

Host was very kind to support guest. Bed room was a bit small for 4 of us (2 adult and 2 kids) but common area is very spacious. We need to take note that address of the location was correct but map on this platform was incorrect.
