Stayed here on the back of a family review and will absolutely stay again. Pretty much flawless from start to finish. Pretty much spotless from start to finish. VERY very reasonably priced too. Stayed in Room 3 and it’s MASSIVE. Huge clean comfy queen bed, Huge clean room lots of space and absolutely ideally placed to get into town. Less than 10 mins walk to everything. Hosts very communicative throughout and couldn’t have been easier. I’ll be back to Derry again and this will be my first choice if they have beds available. Great Job guys. Thanks.

Very large and quiet room, comfortable bed, clean bathrooms. Well organised place, quick response from the owner when fire alarm was triggered and water in showers was accidentally cut off. Fairly short walk into town centre.
