The location was great - Only thing missing was ocean views. The kitchen was well equipped. The layout and design of the house well suited our party of 3 families. However, we had 2 x 2 year olds with us and the house was not suitable. The huge second floor balcony overlooking the bush is lovely… but not for small children. The wire railings around the edge were not taut enough. When standing or leaning on them (as toddlers do) they moved far too much and made a huge gap that a toddler could easily slip through. Constant close supervision required with toddlers! The baby gate at the top of the stairs was loose upon arrival. The massive shackle and rope on it to keep it shut made it an inconvenience to go up and down the stairs safely with the kids around. Top it all off with the hosts providing the incorrect code to access the key then taking over 2 hours to respond with the correct code. Downstairs outdoor area was filthy and unusable. Mini golf was fun. Horrible smell at front door.

Fine, comfortable and spacious home in a peaceful pastoral setting. Beautiful scenery. Lots of Kangaroos. Great, one-hour hike along the Margaret River bank to the spectacular beach at its mouth. House is very well equipped. Excellent kitchen. Lots of games, books, etc… Plenty of space indoors and outdoors. Maintenance and cleaning could be a little better, but overall it’s a great base for one large or two families to explore the wondrous Margaret River area. We could easily have stayed another week or three….

Stayed for 3 nights to surprise my partner for his Birthday. Was better we expected! The house is better than the pictures with modern touches and the pool table, darts, put put and swing set are a massive bonus. The area is beautiful and secluded and is 10 mins from beach and 10mins from the town. Perfectly perfect 🤩

The stay exceeded all expectations. House was well prepared and had great games and activities. Amenities were well stocked and so close to Margaret river. Great for a large group of friends. Staying here next time I’m back in MR

The location of the home is amazing with wildlife all around. The bedrooms and bathrooms are immaculate and all recently renovated which was great. It is a fantastic house for families and there is lots of room. The only thing lacking was the outdoor area, it was very untidy and we had to give it a spray down when we got there to clean it up a bit. Understood it is out in the bush but it didn’t look like it had been cleaned for a while. The pots and pans could do with a deep clean and a greater selection provided but there were plenty of utensils, glasses and other kitchen items. Our overall stay was great, just a few items that would have made it exceptional.
