Having 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms was great. Clean and tidy. Tight street for parking larger cars. No numbers on the garage which made finding it tricky.

Me and my boyfriend had an amazing stay at Jian’s place. The place matched the description and pictures. Very conveniently located near a shopping center and train station. Jian was also a great host - he was always responsive of our needs during the long stay. And even swung by when I needed some help at the house. We felt right at home. One my favorite airbnbs. A great host and great experience.

Great stay with our family and dogs! Although there was no backyard grass for the dogs to run or go potty, they loved it. We also rode the bikes provided, which was fun. I would recommend the stay! 💯 (*note: the house provides 3 queens beds and 1 inflatable queen mattress) if you have 8 adults, 1 couple will be on the mattress. Fortunately though, it worked out for us! Thanks jian for the stay.

Jian's house is spotlessly clean, a new modern build with lots of space. The 3 bathrooms were very handy for our group of 6. Secure garage and the area felt very safe. The house is a 5 minute walk to Edmonston Park Station with a train line straight to the city centre as well as many restaurant options. We would happily stay again.

I stayed at here for 5 weeks and felt right at home. This house was exactly as pictured. It was clean, quiet and peaceful. Jian is very nice and accommodating. All questions were answered quickly. He went above and beyond to assist. The neighborhood is nice and quiet as well. I would stay here again! Thanks Jian!!
