One of the nicest and most convenient locations in UTC/La jolla. It is a walkers and bikers dream! This townhouse is in the heart of UTC which is an extremely safe area and always very sunny even when other parts of san diego are cloudy. So close to the beach. My favorite area to be in all of san diego.
