Marshall's place was very cute and comfy, while being quite clean!! Kinda feels like you're transported back to a simpler time. Street parking was apt and easy to find (I actually left twice - for concert and for food, and came back to another spot open!). I felt very safe walking to and from the listing. I was attending a local concert and, while I usually prefer walking to my events when staying in a city for a concert, the drive was VERY easy and simple. Not many spots in cities where it's so sprawled out! Also, PLENTY of restraunts within walking distance - it's not often I don't just order delivery to my stays, but when seeing how close everything is, it's just worth walking and saving the fees! I was able to get food after my concert and breakfast the morning just by walking, skirt along the US/Canadian border (it was dark but I love seeing the ice breaker, nostalgic for me!), and get Fiji Water from Wegmans! Talk about a win.
