Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, kitchen stocked with all cutlery and dishes you might need. Convenient location in the centre of Alicante. Great experience, would definitely stay again!

Beautiful top level apartment with an amazing and big terrace in the city center. Grocery stores, restaurants, shops everything is around the corner. The beach is 5-10 minutes by foot and also parking facilities are very close by. We loved to start the day with a coffee on the terrace soaking up the sun and enjoying the views from above. The apartment was perfect and big enough for the four uf us. We recommend a 100% for everyone who comes to Alicante. Soledad was an amazing host, very warm, friendly and dedicated. It was a pleasure to get to know her.

We have stayed in Soledad’s apartment before so we’re familiar with it and the location. It is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Soledad couldn’t be more helpful and is a lovely friendly person. There were some improvements since our last visit, more comfortable seating inside and the large terrace had been refurbished. It is a short walk to the main shopping street, turn left when leaving the building and keep going until reaching a t-junction, turn right towards the shops and further on in the same direction to the esplanade and the marina. We can recommend Cafe Refugio in the square, good coffee, well priced menu of the day and snacks, friendly and helpful service. Add sunshine and it’s a great place to be.
