The location was lovely and the property in very good condition, although slightly more worn than expected. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked, and clean. The bed was so comfortable, and the view from the lanai was remarkable. Tye beach accessories were in bad disrepair. 2 of the chairs were not useable, the other two on their last legs. Time to invest in new chairs, they are very affordable at Costco and available year round. The umbrellas were also in disrepair. One was completely broken and the other we pieced together. Tommy Bahama umbrellas are also at Costco for less than $30. The majority of all other condo suitors and the beaches had updated and reliable beach accessories. The coolers were great and handy. The place was a good value and we would highly recommend Robert’s property.

This was a perfect place to take in all of the best Kauai has to offer. From the sunrises off the lanai to sunsets at the Beach house, this location and setting was the best!

Fabulous location and excellent accommodations. Very well appointed including beach chairs etc. Could not have asked for more.
