Lovely stay! Get ready for an incredible breakfast and lots of thoughtful extras. Joy and her husband are extremely warm and welcoming. The main bathroom is shared with the hosts, as listed, but they were so conscientious of giving us space that I wouldn't have even known. The comfy historic house is packed full of character for a unique and homey stay. It was a great launch point to explore Keweenaw's hiking/biking, waterfalls, and the Brockway Mountain scenic drive to Copper Harbor.

Jocelyn was amazing. She and her husband instantly made us feel at home like we were staying with family. Her huge yummy breakfasts allowed us to often skip lunch. The 1904 house was so interesting. The furniture and decor transported us back in time. We slept soundly in the comfy bed and fine count sheets.

What a wonderful experience!! Jocelyn and Victor were fantastic hosts and thought of everything. Our room was clean, mattress and pillows were perfect for me. I repeatedly said how much I loved the pillows. We came to the area in hopes of photographing the Norther Lights which we did two nights in a row. This location was perfect. Just a short drive to Eagle Harbor Lighthouse and Copper Harbor. Also, it was walking distance to the Hut Restaurant, where we had dinner both nights. Great food, great service. Jocelyn cooked us a feast both mornings, we had enough leftovers to snack on later. They both are super hospitable, gracious and go above and beyond to ensure a 5 star stay!! Book this place, you wont be disappointed.

We were so blessed to stay at Joys home. Everything was perfect! Her home, our room, the food, and her loving attitude. We would recommend her home to everyone! It’s a perfect place to stay in Calumet.

The home was clean, uniquely decorated, and quiet. Breakfast was amazing and I enjoyed talking with Jocelyn about her plants. Lovely host and lovely stay.
