Overall disappointing. The hot tub was emptied out and was not able to be used which was an advertised amenity for this property. This was not communicated to us prior. The photos that are advertised are also very dated as the property no longer looks in mint condition as advertised. There is also an issue with all the outlets in the top entertaining room as none of them were working. Great space on that level otherwise as it was the biggest and most open space in the house. The fridge unfortunately needs to be updated as it did not keep anything cold. The house overall was very warm in temperature but the window units helped keep it cool during the night in the designated rooms. I had also expected the local host to check in and make sure we settled in okay or if we needed anything and they didn’t reach out. I have stayed at other Air BNB properties and I have always had a positive experience and over hospitable host reach out at least once during my stay. We left the hand soap we bought at the property since there was only hand sanitizer provided in all the bathrooms. Again, for what this was charging a night, I had expected more.
