Beautiful lake house. Can't beat the view and sound of the waves. Very clean. Would stay again for sure.

This home was a beautiful setting for my friends and I visiting the area for a wedding. There was plenty of room for us and we especially enjoyed the gorgeous views of Lake Michigan.

This was a perfect location for a college reunion with 6 ladies. The house is open and beautiful. The door has a keycode. The living room couch is good for 4, and one sat in the rocking chair and another pulled up a dining chair. The dining table is large, although we brought cushions from the couch to sit on since the center of the chairs have lost their support. The kitchen had everything we needed ... many spices and teas, but we added cinnamon to the cupboard for the applesauce we made from the many apple trees along the roadside. If we couldn't find something, the owner was quick to respond. The beds were OK, but single had springs that were loud every time you rolled over. Every bedroom has a door to a deck. The best is the yard & outside cliff overlooking lake. Beautiful sunsets, campfires in fireplace, rocky beach accessed from steep stairs, with large rocks for sitting, clear water. Kayaks would be hard to pull back up the steep stairs. paddles & life preserver provided

Very nice place, was it worth the price, maybe?, most of my friends thought it was a little pricey, the tv was a little small, a little more lighting in the living room would’ve been nice, had a hard time washing dishes because of the lack of water pressure, there was a group of 8 of and this is basically a summary of what I got back from them when I asked what they thought, I booked it so they didn’t see what the invoice or receipt looked like, I didn’t want to show them, when they saw the cleaning fee I had a hard time getting anyone to clean anything, while I see why their side, the cleaning rules were the cleaning rules so we did our best to follow them but if we pay $500+ for the cleaning fee I’d almost expect to touch nothing but my belongings when I leave. Overall it was a real nice place, not much to do close, few things I mentioned above, lighting, tv, water pressure, price is the reason for my (our) overall rating.
