Niovi war sehr liebenswürdig und entgegenkommend. Kleine Probleme (Abfluss der Gartendusche) hat sie schnell in Ordnung bringen lassen, ist auf unsere Wünsche (zweiter Haustürschlüssel) prompt eingegangen. Sie war auch sehr gut erreichbar. Das Haus war sehr hübsch, zweckmäßig eingerichtet, ausreichend groß, sehr gute sanitäre Anlagen (tolle Gartendusche), große, grüne Außenanlage, viele Möglichkeiten, im Freien zu sitzen (drei!). Wenn es dafür zu heiß war, hat eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage im Hausinneren Erleichterung verschafft. Der Strand sehr gut zu erreichen, nicht überfüllt, das Wasser klar und sehr sauber, nur eine kleine Küstenstraße war zu überqueren. Mit den Seeigeln musste man etwas aufpassen, das war aber kein Problem. Wenn ich überhaupt etwas für verbesserungswürdig halten würde: Neues Besteck wäre vielleicht möglich, auch ein paar mehr Kaffeetassen von mitteleuropäischem Format. Sonst waren wir rundum zufrieden.

We had such a great time at Niovi's house that the couple of weeks just flew by. A small beach is next to the house, you just need to walk a few steps and you can enjoy the warm sea, we swam and snorkeled several times every day! The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees, and the terrace offers a great view of the sea. And if you want even more privacy, there is another terrace overlooking the inner courtyard. The house itself is very spacious, furnished very cozy and comfortable with a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a spacious living room. A big plus is that the house has air conditioners in every room, they were a real escape from the hot weather outside. There are many taverns and bars around, as well as supermarkets within a few minutes' drive. The host Niovi was very kind and welcoming and helped us with all our questions. We felt in love with this place, had a really great holiday and planning to visit again ☀️ ευχαριστώ!

We had a lovely two weeks in the villa! We were looking for a quiet and spacious accommodation for our big family (6 adults + infant), surrounded with nature and close to the beach! And it is what we found in the villa! And more. The house is fully equipped, air-conditioned, has BBQ with outdoor sitting area, outdoor shower (with warm water) - very practical when walking from the beach. The evenings are calm so you can enjoy sitting outside on one of the three big balconies. Niovi and her family were very helpful and accommodating, more than we experienced with most of the other AirBnB hosts! We would highly recommend this accommodation, we enjoyed it grately. Hope to come back sometime in the future!

Amazing garden, very shady and cool even on hot days. Perfect retreat from the scorching July sun in the afternoon - those trees and the green grass were a blessing.

We were a group of 6 people, with 3 dogs and this house was the perfect choise for us. A very tidy and clean house, with a very spacious back yard that our dogs loved exploring. The barbecue area was very well equipped and we enjoyed the barbecue a lot. The beach is a breath away, right across the street and, I must say, it is a pleasure to look at the sea while having your coffee. There is nothing you could need, that the house doesn't have. We will for sure go back there!
