This place was beautiful and Monique and her husband Chip were wonderful hosts! They were incredibly responsive and helpful and the place was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed! The washing machine happened to be broken, but Chip was very helpful and offered us two other very easy solutions to do our laundry (which we didn't end up needing, but it was very nice to know we had the option). The location was perfect in Old San Juan, quiet neighborhood but very easy walkable access to tons of restaurants, shops, and easy Ubers to anywhere around the city. We also greatly enjoyed the back patio area for reading or even sports time (they had a volleyball net)! We had an amazing stay and highly recommend!

The location of this place is amazing, everything is close and conveniently located within 10 min walks. Chip and Monique were very accommodating and flexible arranging early and late check out for us. In addition, Chip was very responsive, understanding and willing to work with us to ensure that we were comfortable and happy with the accommodations. I would recommend this place and look forward on staying there again in the near future.

Monique was able to accommodate us after our original air bnb cancelled on us because they were out of water. We booked at the very last minute and they had everything ready for us for a wonderful stay! Spacious and comfortable space in an awesome location! Very responsive even after checkout when I inquired about something I had left behind.
