We really enjoyed staying at Loannis's flat! it's located in a area with some nice vintage shops. The room is peaceful, having really good view as the photos shown in description. I love the Vinyl record collection! Everything is perfect! highly recommend it to everyone! hopefully, see you again in the future!

First of all, Ioannis is the humblest and most service-minded host I’ve met! His apartment feels very authentic style-wise, has a comfortable feel to it, and a convenient floor plan. It was well equipped and as clean as could be. The balconies and their respective views over the city are impeccable. We’ll undoubtedly want to stay here again the next time we go to Athens!

We’ve had an amazing stay at Ioannis’ place. The apartment is tastefully arranged, has all the necessary amenities, has 3(!) wonderful balconies and even access to a rooftop with view over the Acropolis. It is also super quiet for Athens. Communication with Ioannis is easy. He is very responsive and gave us some really nice tips. The neighbourhood is also ideal to hang out at, filled with cool bars and coffee places. Thank you Ioannis. Looking forward to coming again to Athens

Ioannis is the perfect host! He is knowledge, responsive, reliable, welcoming and generous. The flat was spotless, everything worked fine, the location is excellent, the views are terrific, it’s the place you stay if you want to enjoy Exarcheia and Athens in general. I can recommend it wholeheartedly!

De l' arrivé jusqu'au départ Ioannis a été un hote exceptionnel . Nous avons adoré l' apart. seul petit bémol peut etre un peu loin du centre mais pour les bons marcheurs c ' est pas un probleme environ 40 minutes pour se rendre a Monesteraki .. Apartement tres silencieux et tres propre ..a proximité de resto, boulangerie ,marché ,, Métro le plus proche (Panespistimio) 25 minutes a pied ,Quartier tres tranquille et ultra sécurisé avec policiers dans secteurs des bistros . apart, tres grand et belle vue sur la ville, bien insonorisé , trois balcons dont le plus grand tres bien aménagé permet de profiter de la merveilleuse température d ' Athenes et de la vue .je recommande cet apart ,, Ioannis est une charmante personne et veut toujours rendre notre séjour agréable ... merci beaucoup ...
