Spent 4 months. Thé appartement is very well equiped with everything you could need. Thé location is excellent. Near to Navigili area in a quiet environnement. Near to supermarket and public transportation.

The location is great, the place is cute, and Alessandro is a great host. Unfortunately this apartment has its problems, the listing says the apartment is not well acoustically sounded so noises from neighbors can be heard from above. I was completely aware of this but I did not know it would be so bad. I can hear simple footsteps from above and furniture dragging across the floor all hours of the day. Alessandro did resolve this by contacting the neighbors but it made it only slightly better, there is only so much he could do. Be aware if you are sensitive to noises. There is also too much clutter in this apartment. There are way too many redundancies in kitchen supplies, I found multiple spatulas just looking for one spatula. Some of the supplies were rusty and obviously had not been cleaned/used in a long time. There was also expired food in the cabinets from previous tenants. The kitchen fan vent also does not seem to be connected to anything so it is not functional, it is just there. Because of the kitchen problems, I hardly used the kitchen. It just was not worth the frustration. The place is great though, it is a nice loft with a lot of space for storage and it is in a great location near multiple ATM stops. Great for someone who just needs a place to sleep and is not sensitive to noise.

Alessandro is simply the best host. I really appreciate all he did. The place is very nice and close to everything. Bars, Cafes, Public Transport, Grocery Shops, etc.

Alessandro was a great host. Very easy to check in, he answered me in with quick response times and gave me local tips about the area. I loved staying at the apartment and would recommend it!
