The property is located on a 240 acre working ranch. The only neighbor is the hosts.
Lawhorn Lane is a dead-end, dirt road with just a few other acreages around it. You will see our long driveway leading to the ranch. There is plenty of parking for your car, RV, horse trailer, space shuttle...whatever. It is located about .5 miles from a major highway exit - so there is easy access on and off of Hwy 287. It is about 8 miles from Wal-Mart in Bowie, TX. Wichita Falls is 50 minutes North and Fort Worth is about 55 minutes South.
