The perfect location for a stay in Split. Beautiful view and a short stroll to the town centre and beaches. The apartment was ideal for our family of 4. Tomi was the perfect host, providing help with airport transfers and local information.

Tomi's beautiful apartment is exactly as listed. Amazing views over the old town and harbour, spacious, light filled, clean and well furnished. It is just a few minutes walk from the old town, yet peaceful and quiet especially after sunset. The apartment complex has a small shop in the basement for essentials. Tomi is one of the best, if not the best Airbnb hosts we have ever come across. He is proactive, responsive, clear with his communication, friendly and generous. We had a great stay. If we visit Split again, wouldn't hesitate even for a second before booking Tomi's place again.

Fantastic stay. Tomi was so helpful and always on hand to answer our queries very quickly. We arrived on a very late flight but he made all the arrangements for our transfer and to ensure we got into the apartment after midnight .The view from the apartment is amazing. Great location just a few moments walk from the Riva and old town. I cannot imagine there is a better place to rent when visiting split.

This was our first Airbnb stay abroad and I was a little nervous about the trip and what to expect. I needn't have worried because Tomi had thought about everything, which made things so much easier. Before we arrived, Tomi was super helpful in sorting out our airport transfer. This removed a lot of stress for me, as I didn't have a clue about the best thing to do. Tomi greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome, which immediately put us at ease. He went above and beyond, including helping to carry our cases upstairs. The accommodation is a sight to behold. Spacious, super clean and exteemely comfortable with spectacular views that resemble a piece of artwork. We didn't watch any television because we were too busy looking at the views or out and about enjoying the different things Split has to offer. The accommodation is in a great location which helped when planning the different things we wanted to do. We had a fantastic week 💕
