This cozy apartment is fully accommodated and furnished as our family with two kids lives here in winter time. It has oak tree parquet, renovated widows, a small kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating. The sight from the windows features towers of the New Castle and the church of St. John. Apartment surrounded by two parks. The May Park (with the black swans and playground) is across the street. The Medieval castle is around the corner. Free car park is available in the yard, a nice extra. We mostly use eco-friendly products for cleaning apartment and washing bed linen. It is important for us to maintain the high standards of hygiene in particular these times. Careful disinfection of the apartment is absolutely "must have" after every guest. Income from hosting Airbnb we partialy dedicated to accomplish improvements taking into account our guest reviews, including bathroom refurbishment (2021), new bed (2021), lock on the main door (2022 and 2023 again), electrical heating (2022), improvement of lighting and new door (acustic and fireproof) (2024)
