The tiny house was such a perfect place to stay in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Lida, the host, picked us up from and dropped us off at Abcoude train station which was really nice and for other trips we used the bikes to ride to the station. It is only a 10 minute cycle along a scenic country road. The nearby farm shop called Anna Haen served some delicious, fresh, and organic food and is perfect for breakfast being only 100 metres away! Thank you Lida for that great recommendation and many others. Getting into Amsterdam is super easy and makes a good trip. We are really happy with our stay: the accommodation, the location, the amenities, and Lida the host were all welcoming and made for a great vacation.

Nous avons passer un superbe séjour chez Lida. La petite maison est très bien agencé et on s’y sent comme chez soi. Sa localisation lui permet d’être au calme et dans la campagne tout en étant à proximité de la ville (même en vélo !). Un réel dépaysement ! Lida et son mari nous ont très bien accueilli. Je recommande ! :)

Absolutely delightful tiny house! The whole place was spotless and beautifully decorated and furnished. Lida was responsive, friendly and really helpful - she even kindly gave us a lift to and from the station with our luggage. The area was lovely and peaceful but very close to Amsterdam for a day out - just be sure to check that the train is running. Would absolutely recommend and would love to stay again in the future!

Was een eerst ervaring via Airbnb en was zeker een topper!! Een aanrader voor iemand die op zoek is naar rust na een druk dagje sightseeing en of een groene fietsomgeving . Fijne host die ook nog extra tips heeft voor leuke activiteiten of uitstapjes in de omgeving . Zou met plezier nog eens terug gaan in de toekomst.

One of the very best Airbnbs I’ve had the pleasure to stay at. A real taste of the Dutch countryside whilst a stone’s throw away from Amsterdam. The place itself is very well equipped and comfortable. Lida was kind enough to leave us eggs from her chicken which were lovely. The bicycles that were for our use were prefect for cycling to the station and into Abcoude. We hope to stay again next year.
