La maison a une très belle architecture, conviviale et agréable. En pleine nature, au cœur d’une réserve protégée, le calme règne. Sylvia est très réactive à nos questions. La piscine est Idéale avec des enfants. L’équipement est basic, comme indiqué. Nous aurions sûrement apprécié avoir des matelas de meilleurs qualité pour le dos fragile de mon mari. Charmés par Betlem, nous y reviendrons ☺️✌️

La casa è immersa nel verde, non si vede il mare ma si sente il rumore delle onde e la casa è piena di luce. Il salone è arioso e c'è molto spazio per cene, serate e colazioni all'aperto. La cucina era pulita e super-accessoriata. Ho pernottato in casa con due amici a luglio e siamo stati bene ma abbiamo sofferto tanto il caldo. Ci sono ventilatori ma non sono sufficienti quando le temperature si alzano e purtroppo non si trova ristoro in casa. La notte, le camere da letto erano le stanze più calde e non bastavano uno o due ventilatori (persino uno Dyson) per stanza per stare bene. Per questo, io e i miei 2 amici riteniamo di aver pagato troppo (circa €2400 per 6 notti, incluse le tasse di Airbnb). I host sono estremamente gentili e reattivi e ci siamo trovati bene, tuttavia non torneremo finché i prezzi sono questi e non c'è un sistema che rinfresca la casa.

The house is lovely and in amazing location, set beautifully in the middle of a pine tree forest and very quiet. It’s spacious and the pool is amazing. Amenities and the kitchen are fairly basic. BUT the area is absolutely infested with mosquitos and late afternoons / evenings / nights are really bad. The house doesn’t have air conditioning which you would expect based on the price. So you have to choose between being eaten alive by mosquitos and being vaguely cool or being boiling hot to avoid them. My wife and 15 months old daughter struggled to sleep for 3 nights in a row and we were covered in bites. There are only old and very noisy fans in the house which are not adequate. We had to leave the property after 3 nights despite having booked a for 6 (which is also forced on you as it’s the minimum booking time). I wouldn’t recommend booking this place (especially not with children) until air con has been fitted. We asked for a refund for the last nights but the hosts refused

Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft wirklich schön und vor allem toll gelegen - sehr ruhig und nur einen kurzen Fußweg vom Wasser entfernt. Leider hatten wir einen etwas holprigen Start, da vor allem der Boden des Hauses nicht sauber war und es nach Feuchtigkeit roch und wir dann erstmal putzen mussten, um uns wohlzufühlen (auf Nachfrage hätte erst zwei Tage nach Ankunft eine Reinigung stattfinden können). Lage, Küchenausstattung, Wohnzimmer, Helligkeit, Terassen = super! Ein bisschen mehr Komfort in den Schlafzimmern und eine aufgeräumte Abstellkammer würden zum Wohlfühlfaktor noch weiter beitragen.
