Bob's place is exactly what he says it is. The prices are reasonable and Bob let's you use the kitchen and laundry machines. I hope to stay here again if I return to Anchorage.

Place was run down and dirty. Uncomfortable to be in common areas due to a guy that was there for months and dominated the area. Made it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy meals etc. Guy was very strange and I honestly did not feel comfortable around him. Odd energy and demeanor. Basically stayed in my room the entire time while there. My room had no tv a broken lamp and the blanket was thin and dirty and pilled fabric. Mismatched sheets and lumpy nasty pillows. Bed was falling apart underneath. Bathroom filthy w old soap in showers pubic hair in back of toilets, and broken towel rods. Just nasty! Bob mentioned that the establishment was like hotel 8. Hotel 8 has better accommodation and is cleaner. Definitely not a good experience and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

this place was exactly what I needed. I was doing a surgical contract at Alaska Native Medical Center, and this was only a 7 min walk from the hospital. The area is super nice, with tons of restaurants. the people are friendly, and you can tell Bob cares a great deal about his guests. theres plenty of room in the house, and the other guests are very welcoming. I would 100% stay here again in the future. i wish more Airbnbs were like Bobs.

The house was very clean, warm and comfy. No one can beat Bob's prices Very close to Providence Hospital with bus routes to the hospital and the city. Microwave, stove, washer dryer, all available with wide living and dining room to relax.
