We just finished a 4-night stay at the lake house. The property was very clean and as-described, with some other pleasant surprises: The nicely landscaped gardens happened to be full of flowers in full bloom. There are some games, toys and art supplies to keep kids and adults busy inside and outside. Plenty of linens in-stock and laundry facilities if needed. A giant wooden table that could accommodate at least 12 diners. There are lots of options for a whole group to hang out together (the rec room, living room, front deck, firepit area, beach, yard, boathouse deck) or get away from each other. We were 8 adults and three kids and we used all of the areas over the few days. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and cleaning up. The grill is simple to use. If unplugging is difficult for you, be aware that phone signal is pretty sparse (I got a bar or two with T-mobile sometimes, and AT&T was worse) and there is no wifi set up. The lake is very quiet during the week. When we took the kayaks or canoe out, we were usually the only ones on the lake other than loons. The three basement bedrooms are functional but very basic, clean spaces for sleeping. The upstairs bedroom is beautiful and looks out onto the lake. Another super bonus was that the rec room was not above any of the basement bedrooms, which allowed the adults in our group to hang out and even pay pool without waking up the kids below. I would definitely stay here again.
