Wifi all the way out to the beach, media room, plus oversized balcony upstairs to enjoy the view. Walk down the beach to world famous Montanita and check out the cool restaurants, bars and shops. This rustic beach house is a beautiful 5,000sqft, 2 level home located directly on the beach with amazing sunsets, it has a kitchen and living room on the top level and a 1/2 kitchen and living room area on the bottom floor as well, upstairs living area is very large with big solid wood table great for group dinners. 6 bedrooms in total, 4 have either full or queen beds all with private bathrooms and one room has a set of twin bunk beds and the last a single twin. The upper balcony is very large for entertaining and over looks the ocean. The house also has a media room with TV to relax and watch movies on satellite Directv with over 200 channels in both English and Spanish. We have a BBQ and patio set, hammocks and umbrella for a picnic on the beach. Currently the master bedroom is the only other room with a tv but with a house on the beach you won't need much tv. The home also has an in ground pool with lounge chairs to keep cool without going in the ocean. This is a great place for large or smaller private gatherings of family and friends, truly the perfect home to relax. A washer and dryer is also free to use in the home. **Please Note** We only have air conditioning in the master suite. No other bedrooms have a/c. The house is a true beach house with an open air design, that allows the ocean breeze to flow through the house, please also keep in mind this house is on the beach and is subject to salt water all year round. Because of this some metal is rusting or corroded it’s impossible to keep it perfect all the time, some doors are difficult to open sometimes or maybe a window. This is not a beach resort.
