Richard is an amazing host! He was very responsive and flexible regarding check-in hours. There are two adorable cats, super friendly! The location is fine, it depends on what you want to visit really. London is a big city so every neighborhood has its pros and cons. The street is really calm, no noise at all. Very great deal.

I love Herne Hill and Brixton. I spent a very relaxing couple of days, though did very little. it was a bit of an emergency last-minute booking so I’m extremely thankful - and grateful - that Richard could host me. We didn’t meet, as he was away, but he was a very kind virtual host and I felt very well looked after. The upstairs space that he has made is beautiful and inspiring.

Richard's place is a really great value place to stay in the heart of Brixton. It's got so much character and is really well connected for getting into central London. Richard was friendly and helpful and I'd definitely stay again.
