Steve and Carol were gracious, attentive hosts. We spent most of the time exploring St. Augustine, discovering new restaurants, walking on the beaches and Guana wildlife reserve trails, and attending The Players golf championship. For a vacation geared toward outside activities, the room was a perfect size and offered very good value. We would be happy to stay there again!

My husband and I stay at this air b&b every 3-4 months when we visit family in the area. It is always clean and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

Palm Valley Escape is one of those rare properties that actually looks better in real life than what you see in the photos. I didn’t realize that the property is behind a big beautiful house in the woods (like, IN the woods - the view from the AirB&B porch and the bedroom is just beautiful mature trees and birds!). The inside of the property was incredibly well-appointed, clean, quiet and very comfortable; every detail has been carefully considered with guests’ comfort in mind, with lots of clear instructions to explain how everything works and lots of little extras. Carol and Steve were fantastic hosts - great communication throughout, but also happy to leave us alone to enjoy our privacy. Next time I’m in this area, I’d definitely choose this properly again, without hesitation.
